1. Open the Apple Find My app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the "Items" tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the tag you would like to remove.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap on "Remove Item", and on on the next screen, tap on "Remove".

6. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the removal to complete. As soon as you hear three tones, your tag has been successfully removed and will automatically go into pairing mode for 10 minutes. Follow the instructions in the following article for pairing instructions.
Pairing the YIP Smart Tag to your iPhone
After 10 minutes, if the tag is not paired with another phone, it will exit pairing mode. To place it back into pairing mode, remove the battery, wait 10 seconds, and then reinsert the battery. After you hear the tones, your tag is in pairing mode.
